High Ground Partners LLC was formed in 1997 with a simple purpose around helping organizations and individuals succeed professionally and in their personal lives. High Ground has served over forty companies and numerous Investment Groups, Boards, Management Teams, and Individuals seeking to enhance organizational and personal performance levels. In 2001 the High Ground Group was formed in order to provide the framework for additional lines of business synergistic with the core consulting practice.

Starting with key foundational building blocks including vision, strategy, and operational excellence, High Ground adds performance enabling management tools and organizational best practices developed and deployed over three decades of experience. High Ground works closely with the client to identify areas of execution that support profitable sustainable growth.  A critical area of focus involves go to market strategies that enable companies to address the right markets through the right channels with the right products.  High Ground works with each of the client stakeholders to achieve optimum performance and satisfaction which contributes to long term value creation for the business as well as internal and external customers. As a result of these efforts our clients experience consistent performance improvement as well as an enhanced revenue generation engine that High Ground maintains.

Since early in 2003 the High Ground Group added several new service offerings to include; capital acquisition, sales methodology and process development, and the establishment of customer acquisition “best practices.”
