High Ground Partners LLC was formed in 1997 with a simple purpose around helping organizations and individuals win. High Ground has served over thirty five companies and numerous Investment Groups, Boards, Management Teams, and Individuals seeking to enhance organizational and personal performance levels. In 2001 the High Ground Group was formed in order to provide the framework for lines of business synergistic with the core consulting practice.
Starting with key performance drivers such as vision, strategy, and operating plan, High Ground adds performance enablers such as tools, data and analytics, best practices, and effective core processes. And where appropriate High Ground will work with the client to assess and execute on a wide range of options to improve performance and reduce cost. Since early in 2003 the High Ground Group added several new service offerings to include; investment banking, sales process development, and a full spectrum of marketing and sales programs to assist clients in building their brand while accelerating revenue growth.
