High Ground Partners LLC was formed in 1997 to assist our clients in creating and managing high performance organizations.  A large part of an organizations measure for success involves strategy and execution related to marketing products to target markets.  As our business model has evolved over time our partners have asked High Ground to operate as Master Sales Agents in certain geographic regions and vertical markets.  To that end, High Ground has developed a network of highly professional contract sales agents that adhere to the High Ground sales process and methodology.  We have expertise in OEM, distribution, big box retail, and large industrial end user environments.

Our criteria for selecting and representing companies are rigorous and uncompromising.  We want to work with the best!  The products we market must solve a problem in a unique and innovative way.  That may mean that our Partners offer products based upon unique intellectual property, have strong competitive differentiation, and address critical applications.   We also focus heavily on products that are eco friendly and have proven track records.  All products and support infrastructure are fully vetted by High Ground before being added to the product line.  With a 13 year track record for operational excellence and outstanding customer care we have no intention of entering a partnership that compromises our service to our channel partners or end customers.  That commitment creates alignment of interests and a win/win for each party.
